Thank you to everyone who participated and attended CYCYLES last month at @espaciogallery ! The exhibition touched on the patterns in life we encounter reminding us to slow down and embrace the good, bad and neutral. The exhibition gave emerging artists a platform, brought arts to the local area and raised funds for the @cottontreetrust . Special thanks to @nilaveproductions for beautifully capturing moments from the exhibition, @aaliyahidk for hosting the incredible Spoken Word and @iwkysg for bringing the music to the Art after Dark DJ event. Wow… Thank you to everyone that came and supported CYCLES at @espaciogallery . Whilst awaiting photos from the opening night, thought we could revisit the Art after Dark night where @iwkysg brought the art of music to join the art of the gallery. The night was filled with conversation about the artists, discovering new work, giving prints a new home and two-stepping to beats. We will be holding a number of events throughout the week: Free Private View, After Hours DJ Set, Spoken Word Evening & Virtual Silent Auction! Find out more through the links in our bio. The exhibition will showcase works by 32 emerging artists, where the art reflects on the seasons we move through, our surroundings that shape us, the changes we endure and the people we evolve into. Our partner for this exhibition is the Cotton Tree Trust, a North London charity bringing hope to refugees and asylum seekers. All donations and profits will help the The Cotton Tree Trust with their goals, including providing refugees and asylum seekers with legal support, financial advice, meal vouchers, Wi-Fi, help with housing, in addition to therapy and well-being workshops. Our Whirled Open Studios & Christmas Fair Weekender!🎄 On Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th December, 11-5pm, my studio will be opening its doors to the public as part of @camberwellartsfestival .
