🎨✨ Creating, Healing, Connecting ✨🎨
Last week, we hosted a therapeutic art workshop in collaboration with @paintingprogress_ bringing together asylum seekers and refugees for a creative, calming, and inspiring session. From mind-mapping daily routes to continuous line drawing, participants explored self-expression through art in a safe and supportive space. 🖌️💙
Art isn’t just about creativity—it’s a powerful tool for mental well-being, connection, and belonging. We’re so proud of the beautiful pieces created, and some will even be featured in the annual exhibition held by @paintingprogress_ this May!
Huge thanks to everyone who joined! We can’t wait for the next one.

Last month, we held a Storytelling Workshop with our members. We shared stories from many different cultures and religions, experiencing the power of storytelling and how it inspires us to think more deeply and compassionately about others and ourselves. Here are some reflections from the workshop.
