Lagom House by @thisvacantspace is a home of simplicity and imagination. Located in Hobart and backing onto the Derwent River with views to kunanyi / Mount Wellington.
The clients had lived in Sweden and brought that sensibility home with them – a belief that bigger is not always better, and that home should be a supportive, mood-lifting environment.
Rather than adding square metres, they chose to increase the usability and feeling of the space they already had. Colour drenching and tonal, textural material selections feature large in this lovely 120-square-metre home.

@mutinaceramics Tally, designed by @michaelanastassiades , is a seemingly simple yet incredibly diverse collection that plays with tally-like patterns expressed through extruded terracotta and negative space. The collection consists of two bricks – one divided into two gaps by a single line (wide), the other divided into four (narrow). These can be used vertically and horizontally, individually and in unison, to create playful combinations of patterns and visual textures.

Hives by @konstantingrcicdesign exemplifies the flexibility and creative possibilities that Mutina Bricks afford the user. Its hexagonal design allows it to be used vertically and horizontally, laid flush or in a staggered arrangement giving birth to curved walls, columns, counters, table legs and more. Its flexibility highlights the product as an architectural system rather than a singular element.
