Such a proud moment to see so many of our Baby Art Dept bootcamp trainees contributing to this awesome campaign for Clash Royale's Hero Balloon launch. Crafting an entire film using 10,487 real biodegradable balloons, where every frame, including the title card and explosive effects, was captured in-camera(!) needed a focussed, dedicated and well trained team. Despite very little experience on set, they were as ready as they could be. Expertly led by Production Designer Joe Withers in collaboration with balloon artistry experts Airigami.

âReplicating 10 Downing Street presented a unique spatial challenge: we had to 'cheat' a deep arched location to look like the worldâs most famous door!
It seemed straightforward at first as a set build but quickly went to location work. After 2 surveys, we were able to get very precise dimensions of the existing worn building entry and porch area.
Everything was modelled up, compared against the 3D scan, then the Downing Street door and surround, which I drew separately, were adapted to meet the location requirements.
Install was one very rainy day, so things had to slot right in as much as possible!â
