As Industry Season 4 premieres this Sunday, I wanted to take a moment to reflect and to say thank you. First and foremost, huge appreciation to writers Mickey Down and Konrad Kay for another challenging, boundary-pushing script. Also, Simon Rogers for excellent production design. Your vision, detail and collaboration made this season a real joy to work on and the world we built together feels richer, sharper and more confident than ever. I’m also incredibly proud of the reception the show has already received which is a testament to the care and craft that’s gone into every frame. Twisted, top-tier TV according to the Guardian, and it’s on loads of must watch lists. This comes hot on the heels of me and my team’s work on the much-loved Rivals Season 1, which won the BAFTA Television Craft Award for Production Design and was re-commissioned off the back of the world we created. Most importantly, thank you to my props team on both shows. We work long hours but we have fun (most of the time) doing it. None of this happens without you. It’s been a hard year for the British film and TV industry, but when we work, the world gets to watch great content. I can’t wait for audiences to see how dark Industry gets - tune in this Sunday evening
