A sacred day of rhythm, craft and remembrance in the heart of the forest.
Inspired by the ancestral Mesoamerican ritual drum known as the Huehuetl, this immersive experience invites you to create your own Chimalli-Huehuetl a drum born through your hands, breath and intention.
The Chimalli-Huehuetl carries the spirit of shield and drum united as one living body.
Wood, skin and rope become Tonalli the vital essence of the tree, the animal and your own heart woven together through sound.
During this 10-hour ceremonial workshop you will:

The ones who laughed, cried, sang, felt; got triggered, named their emotions, listened to their body, remained silent as a way to respect themselves. It’s not about singing nice songs, it’s also about knowing yourself, discovering your boundaries, understanding your deepest self. Reflecting what your truth is, what’s there to be seen, to held, to be loved. To be said. To let go. To harmonise the shadow with a minor third.

Bodydreaming blends ancient acoustic instruments, experimental ambience, and spatial sound design to create a live sound journey that unfolds around you.
What to expect :
The evening begins with a gentle breathwork exploration to settle the body and open the senses with breath practitioner @dankells_
From there, we move into a live ambient sound journey guided by Bodydreaming founders Ollie & @mundell_off_movetomove_on .
@api_terravibra returns with live instrumental textures inspired by inspired by ancestral wisdom shaped through natural sounds.
@sunitamovement will be debuting for BD who is a sound and gong practitioner who will be grounding the space with the resonant power of the gong.
Together, these elements form a layered ambient experience where acoustic and electronic worlds meet.
For this showcase we welcome @parametrica_studio Design, presenting a custom 4-point spatial sound system, accompanied by a visual installation that transforms the room into a living sound environment.
After the journey, we open the space for reflection, connection, and gentle integration.

Voice is an ancient transformational force. It can become a gateway into trance, a thread into the heart of creation.
Through embodied voice practice, improvisation, and ceremony, together with @api_terravibra , you’ll explore your voice and body, discover new ways to express sound, and respond more fully to yourself and your surroundings.
Through sound, Api opens a first dialogue with the living land, awakening a felt sense of lineage, ancestry, and place, and invites us to remember who we are, where we come from, and how land and language continue to speak through us.
In this four-hour gathering we will explore your internal landscape through sound, awaken the magic of your voice, and open to the deeper currents that connect us to our surroundings, to each other, and to the wider web of life.
Through practice, we will begin with embodied voice work and deep listening, tuning into shifts of energy within the body. From there, we’ll move into improvisation and ceremony, learning to respond to the voice as a vessel, and inviting it to become a bridge between your inner world and the living field around you.
This workshop is for anyone called to explore their voice, to remember the innate wisdom of sound and the joy of shared expression.
You will leave with: a deeper connection with your voice, renewed confidence in sonic expression, a sense of your body as instrument, and the nourishment of gathering together.
