As we move deeper into a digital world, we are gradually drifting away from our natural ability to feel and connect with ourselves.
Life has become fast-paced and constant, filled with information and distraction. In this, something quieter often gets lost.
Presence and deeper connection, which are innate to being human, can feel harder to access amidst the pace of everyday life.
What if it did not have to be this way? What if, through art, play, sound, and genuine human connection, it were possible to return to a sense of presence that feels natural and easeful?
Bodydreaming offers a small opening into this. It is a moment to pause, and a chance to gather yourself in the midst of noise and overstimulation.
If you feel called to take this pause, you are warmly invited to join us on May 10th as we come together once again for a sound and art journey.
This is a space that weaves together ancient sound and electronic elements, where time can slow down and you can simply be as you are.

the rehab continues and it’s been messy the last few weeks. lesson learned to take it easy and be patient. you gotta learn these ones the hard way but we’re still moving.
definitely feeling strength return still. I want to focus on keeping that consistent now and avoiding any pain setbacks again cos that’s rough. also, its much easier to get in your head when the pain is flaring and making the road seem longer.
excited to work with @tom__colville for the next phase. more structure, variety and progression. and less thinking for me. win win
some other things:
🌀 I missed the obligatory Xmas morning run, but I did go for a nice walk in the sunshine instead
🌀 got kicked out the flat so had to say bye to that view - enjoyed one more sun set there
🌀 I got two new tattoos which I love
🌀 I did a rehab session at Mile End Hospital - obsessed with the multi coloured dumbbells. We need these in all gyms asap.
🌀 I’ve been enjoying the stair master for some cardio and light calf/glute activation.
❤️
The last couple months (and year tbh) have been the most surreal and challenging of my life to date. Anything mad that could happen did during a period when I was forced to slow down. I’ve been trying to figure out what it means to have all come at this time.
I guess it doesn’t matter, because it happened. And I’ve emerged from it feeling the strongest I’ve ever felt. I feel like I’m running on a new connection to the vast consciousness we all share. This happened this time two years ago too. It’s an incredible feeling. I think it’s what happens when you truly rest, integrate and allow yourself be heard by people that love you.
I’m so grateful for my inner resilience, my ability to see the good in everything, the way I can get straight back up and keep moving. That is something that no one could take away from me. And lord, they have tried. The year of the snake really did its thing.
There’s still a lot of work to do and rebuilding my body is number one.
I’m excited for next year. It’s gonna be about more connection, more creation and finding more peace from this post-colonist, race to the bottom society we live in.
Stick together people. Keep elevating. Love ya ❤️
REHAB
After a little more rest (4 weeks total which is crazyy), I’m moving again and we’re into rehab. It’s going well, we got a little strength back already.
I actually realised last week that my right glute is completely flat too - pancake style. It feels very funny, not sure how I missed that one. So I’ve got even more work to do than first planned but that’s cool. Just gotta work with it. Physio said I can add weights now which is music to my ears.
Reflecting and adjusting a lot to how different training will need to be for the next few weeks and maybe months. There have been many lessons from this which I’ll get round to sharing for sure. Slowing down has been a gift.
Whatever you’re trying to do, stick with it.
More to come. Sending love 🧡
And thanks to @autumnsmovement for the spikey ball - my foot is free

living in the clouds ⛅️
seeing London from this point everyday has changed my brain chemistry and relationship to the city. the sun, the moon, the clouds, spring bloom, autumn fall, how the weather changes in front of your eyes and how everything moves as one. it’s a joy to be part of it 🫀
the best spot to pause and reflect
taking a breath in Norway back in August for a much needed reset.
