Annie Lian creates unique garments to convey meaning, emotions, and self-identity by using clothing and fabric as an empty canvas. Inspired by the DIY scene, the internet, and urban culture, she handmakes one-of-a-kind pieces for people to feel confident, creative, and comfortable in clothing that helps express themselves. From screen-printing original artwork, hand-painting seams, cutting and sewing fabric, adding patchwork, and playing with form and texture, she turns ordinary pieces of material into wearable art. ut being absorbed.
