📿 Mystical Mantra (Sutra 1.27) In contemporary yoga practice, mantra chanting is often misconstrued as simply being a fun add-on that we can do occasionally along with our asanas. Sadly, we are missing an incredible opportunity to transcend the mind directly and connect with the heart through the power of sound. Patanjali explains that one of the most direct ways to experience Ishwara, spirit, is through chanting mantra. In sutra 1:27 he says, “The expression of Ishvara is the mystic sound ‘Om.’” ✨ Join Jivana for a transformative session on mantra chanting in yoga. Discover how the mystic sound “Om” can deepen your heart connection and enhance your spiritual practice. 📆 Our upcoming online live Mentorship session is happening next Wednesday, May 13 @ 9 am Pacific 🇺🇸 Noon Eastern 🇺🇸 5 pm UK 🇬🇧 6 pm Europe 🇪🇺 🔆 If you wish to participate in this experience, there’s a free monthly trial up in bio where you can register. We are looking forward to seeing you there. Plenty of Love. ♥️ #AccessYourHeart #AdaptYourPractice #Yoga #AdaptiveYoga #AccessibleYoga
