You boosted the post.
Maybe you ran a few Facebook ads on top of that. And if the results were underwhelming, you're not alone, and you're not doing it wrong on purpose.
The problem usually isn't the ads. It's the marketing strategy holding them up.
On Thursday we're sitting down with Brittany Woitas of @kovlystudio , a marketing agency that works exclusively with wellness brands, to walk through what should come before any of that ad spend. Who you're actually talking to. What makes your studio different. Where your message should be showing up, and where it shouldn't.
Free, live, and you'll walk away with Brittany's 2026 State of Health and Wellness Marketing Report.
Thursday May 21st, 12pm ET / 9am PT / 5pm UK.

You may not have known it, but if you teach public yoga classes you have taught someone who’s life has been touched by cancer. In this episode, I’m joined by Tari Prinster, a true pioneer in the field of oncology yoga. Tari is a cancer survivor, author, and founder of Yoga for Cancer (Y4C), a methodology that has trained thousands of yoga and healthcare professionals around the world.
We go deep into what it really means to teach yoga in the context of cancer, and how this work has evolved over the past few decades.
Cancer is not going away, and with survival rates increasing, the need for informed, compassionate yoga teachers is greater than ever.
In this episode, you’ll hear:
🔹The origins of Yoga for Cancer and how what began as a personal practice quickly evolved into a groundbreaking methodology—at a time when oncology yoga didn’t exist.
🔹How the cancer landscape has changed, including the major shift from cancer being seen as a death sentence to a condition where the majority of people now survive.
🔹The huge implications for yoga teachers and the role we play in long-term wellness now that there are 20 million cancer survivors in the US.
🔹The physiology behind Yoga for Cancer, including:
> The role of the lymphatic system in detoxification and immunity
> How breath and movement support lymph flow
> Why inversions and specific movements can either help—or hinder—recovery
> The impact of cancer treatments on bones, fatigue, and overall health
Let @yoga4cancer and I know your favorite part of the episode!
We wanted to jump on this trend, but during our marketing meeting we realised that some of us actually fall into the Gen X group...
What all of us know tho is that our software is amazing, no cap.
Write in the comments which group you fall into?
Most yoga studios don't fail because the teaching isn't good enough, they struggle because the "back office" is out of alignment. If you’re tired of the administrative hustle stealing your peace, swipe through to see how we fix the flow.

Your students aren’t drifting because your sequencing isn’t good enough. They’re drifting because the world feels overwhelming, and your class feels disconnected from it.
If your students feel distracted, distant, or disengaged–it’s probably not your sequencing. It’s that your class feels like a bubble that ignores the world outside.
Francesca Cervero, yoga teacher and mentor of 20+ years, puts it this way: “The presence and care we practice isn’t separate from the world. It’s what allows us to stay engaged — and to contribute to a world where more people feel safe and free.”
If teaching right now feels hard, check out Francesca’s resources for yoga teachers at @francescacervero .
