2025 - FANTASTIC ✅️ ROUND-UP - * I've been lucky enough to shoot with such lovely people and every moment has been an absolute treat! * Adolescence was released and has just completely changed my career. A massive thank you to a crew with unlimited skill! * I had the pleasure of shooting abroad on multiple shoots and really understood why steadicam/TRINITY in 40°C requires many wardrobe changes a day. * Podcasts and giving talks on stage to budding filmmakers and experienced operators about my work/style as a camera operator was not on my bingo card for 2025, but it has been so much fun! * Helping out with the BSC at a DP and operators course was very rewarding being able to give back to the film community. * I got my first Producer credit for One shot with Ed Sheeran: A music experience. A different sort of challenge, but unreal. * France, Malta, India, USA - All because of the amazing people who have helped me get to where I am. THANK YOU! 2026 is looking to be a cracker as we begin prep for the next bigun!! Happy New Year to all you legends!

Congratulations to the team of "One shot with Ed Sheeran"! I've only just been able to watch it since coming back from India. Being credited as a producer is an absolute honour and collaborating with creatives from the US to make this piece was so much fun. Enola Holmes 3 - Main unit B Camera complete!! A brilliant job in the studio and on location! This team worked so hard to make sure the cameras were ready for whatever the shoot needed and they did it efficiently. Even when temperatures were dancing around the 40°C mark. I felt so well looked after! I couldn't have asked for a more supportive and kind bunch of people. There are so many cool photos I can't wait to show you, but for now, that's a picture wrap for EH3 and a wrap on my first MMP. Xx

📸 @chrishudsn The British Society of Cinematographers held a masterclass just over a week ago and we wanted to share photos from each session and thank all those that made it possible. The first session we want to highlight is one designed by Catherine Goldschmidt ASC BSC (@cgdop ). Catherine designed a workshop around movement and camerawork, creating three different shooting environments for the participants to work in. Joining her on the tutor side were Ashlea Downes Assoc ACO (@ashlea_downes ) and Lee David Brown (@_steadilee_ ) – both incredible operators. The set used was constructed by the hugely talented 1st Year Production Design students at the National Film and Television School (@nftsfilmtv ). To make this workshop possible Arri Rental (@arri_rental )lent us an Alexa 65, Alexa 35 and Venice Mark 2 as well as a selection of incredible lenses. Joining us as DIT was Christopher Blythe (@christopher_blythe ) who together with the support of Mission Digital (@missiondigital ) were able to show the participants their footage and in ways they’d not previously thought of. Joining the crew for this one was Ash Leontyne (Focus Puller), Oscar Rutishauser-Mills (Focus Puller), Josh Wooster (Focus Puller), Elliot Sebesteyen-Regan (Key Grip), Ralph Simmons (Trainee Grip), Larry Prinz (Gaffer), Brenden Freedman (Spark), Finley Norris (Spark) and Steven Boneham (Deputy Event Manager) In addition to this we want to thank our actors Rachel Redford (@rachlredford ), Eric Kole (@eric_kole ), Lisa Diveney and Ragevan Vasan (@ragevan_vasan ).
