Life Update Dumpington 1. Yes I’ve shaved my hair. I wanted to shave it to signify a fresh start. A lot of new beginnings in my life atm. I Iove it, thinking of keeping it this way. 2. More Latam dates, so so excited for that. Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile. Details on my website, tickets etc etc. but SO excited to come back and play for you there, some of my fav countries and cities to play shows in, its been too long 3. Caught up with @martingarrix recently, know that guy for over a decade now, I love him, what a bloke. 4. Ive had shingles for the last month, wouldn’t recommend it, but on the mend now 5. Finally watched stranger things, season 4 bangs 6. Read a book called Demon Copperhead, I might be late to the party with that one, but its brilliant go check it out 7. Been buying random vinyl at record stores, coming across some gems. Allan Taylor - the traveller I found in a record store in Williamsburg, and I love it. Cant find it anywhere online, so feels like a special vinyl in the collection 8. Restarting the loop tour in a week and a bit, cant wait to get back cracking on that, see you lovely people there

'Something I never thought id do, but here we are. 10 years ago I was a beer guzzling, kebab munching smoker. Having kids really made me knock all those bad habits on the head (excuse the pun), and I got heavily into exercise and moderation. I started off this year doing dry jan, and just carried on being sober and exercising. I did a lot of reformer pilates and got in the best shape of my life. I kept joking that I was gonna do a Men’s Health cover, then one day was just like ‘why not’. The article is out online today, where I chat more about moderation and balance, if youre interested have a read. Thanks to @alastairthomas_pt and Cherry for getting me into fitness and changing my lifestyle over the last 5 years, and thanks to Matt and everyone at @mkreformed_ for training me on the road this year and teaching me reformer.
