Hello people - citi power need to turn off the power on Thursday night. This will been our offering on Friday will be a bit limited. Unfortunately we won’t be able to bake baguettes, and the pastries will be a bit delayed. We will do our best to make sure there are still lunch items and sweets to enjoy. Thanks for your understanding.

It’s time! Our orders will close Tuesday afternoon. Our last day for buns is Thursday ❤️ thank you for all the support this season. Wishing you all a peaceful break - we will close on Thursday afternoon and reopen on Wednesday 8th of April. 🐇🐰🐣

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night we raised close to $2000 for bushfire relief. Thanks to the wonderful efforts of @emilyjanesalkeld @pearlanddragon @1aurava11i @amylwarman in the kitchen, @leanne_of_fitzroy Mat and Luke for leading the front of house pouring the beautiful @hochkirchwines @stompinggroundbeer and @mockredhill cider. Thanks to @biodynamic_marketing and @millerbakerjames for the beautiful hotscotchoven landrace flour. Our funds will be going to @blazeaid and the Upper Goulbourne Landcare Fencers without boundaries. Stay tuned for our next project in conjunction with @wildthingsfood who have donated a generous gift voucher as a prize. We have the best community here in Fitzroy North.

Growing up Easter was my favourite festival. Giant rabbits, chocolate eggs, autumn and colouring in competitions. I never won anything but I loved colouring in. We have some drawings and you can make an optional donation - there’s no prize, just fun and the donations will go to the @danoi95 farm recovery. 🐣🐣🐇🐰🐇❤️ we have pencils in the shop or take your paper home.

We're organising an afterdark event at Loafer. Hatched over pizza with friends 'I'm thinking of doing a fundraiser, would you like to be involved?'.... so on the 23rd March we will attempt to transform the shop into a little wine bar. There will be small bread based treats, some salads, and delicious wine provided by @biodynamic_marketing made by @hochkirchwines ! We have @mockredhill pear cider. @millerbakerjames has taken the utmost care with some #hotscotchlandrace grain to provide us with beautiful flour for the night. All the profits from the night will be going to @blazeaid who are doing an amazing job helping fire affected farmers and communities. We hope to see you between 5.30 and 9.30 dine in or take away (food only). Cheers

Hi people, earlier this year the bushfires hit our rural communities hard. Over pizza with baker friends we hatched a plan for a small fundraiser at Loafer. We hope you can join us for bread based treats, pickles and drinks! We have a liquor license for the night! So join us from 5.30 on the 23rd March for dine in or take away all profits donated to bushfire recovery.
