I had an amazing volunteering experience with BlazeAid. We help farmers recover after numerous disasters caused by recent bushfires, particularly by rebuilding fences. I am especially grateful for the skills it has given me.

A massive thank you to the BlazeAid crew. We had more than 28 incredible volunteers come out to our property and work tirelessly for a full week removing damaged fences after the recent fires.
I can’t express how much this means to me and my family. After the fires, it was such a worry wondering how we would manage everything that needs to be done on the farm over the next few months. Your help has taken such a huge weight off our shoulders.
It wasn’t just the work you did, it was also the great conversations and time spent together over the week. We really enjoyed having you here.

Victoria’s recent bushfires have hit hard. @blazeaid are on the ground, mobilising volunteers and supporting communities on the long road to recovery. We’re proud to support the work of BlazeAid in a practical way by providing 10 mobile showers for their camps to support their volunteers. A big shout out to the @burrumbuttockhayrunners for collaborating with us on this initiative. Thank you to the crew at Envirotech Water Solutions for volunteering their time and skills to help deliver and hook up the showers across multiple sites.
