I’m super excited to share that I was selected to participate in the second edition of the British Council Film Lab! 🥳🥳
I’m always on the look out for opportunities to gain more knowledge and hone my skills so when the British Council Film Lab put out a call for applications I knew I had to apply. I really wanted to get into the program so I was truly thrilled to be selected.
The past few weeks have been a grueling process of learning, unlearning, and relearning the fundamentals of TV writing and it’s been incredibly rewarding. I had the most amazing colleagues in the program and I know each one of them will do great things in the industry.
Thank you so so much @ngbritish@ngbritisharts for creating this much needed opportunity for young writers and filmmakers.

I’m truly thankful to our instructors @mrxavierighorodje@thegardentheatre for their thorough and insightful teaching.
I’m immensely thankful to my script consultant @julie.dix33 for guiding me through the entire process of developing my stories. Your wisdom and warmth elevated the writing process for me.
Thank you, our program coordinator @uwadokauloma for making the classes and the entire program a seamless experience for us.
This is only the beginning. I will keep working on my craft and I’m truly excited for what the future holds. ❤️
