Earlier this year I had the opportunity to team up with Director, @matthew_serrano , to design his short film, Xolo, about a xoloitzcuintli named Skippy who meets the Aztec god of death, Xolotl, on a mission to guide his master to the afterlife. It’s heartbreaking and hilarious! Excited to share that this endearing short film will be premiering at LALIFF @laliff_ on May 29th at 5pm. Congratulations to the Xolo team, cast, and crew!  Very grateful for our talented and hard-working Art Department. Thank you for helping me bring this special project to life. The film was made with the support of the Latino Film Institute (LFI) Fellowship program @latinofilminstitute_ . Hope to see you all at the premiere!
