We are so excited to announce that XOLO is an official selection at this year’s @chattfilmfest !!! Our film will be available to watch during the festival from June 19th to June 27th

What’s Up Mi Gente Creativa!! We are Chicanos On The Rise, and there’s never been a better time to be us, cause we are the storytellers the world has been waiting for. What an incredible night it was getting to showcase each of these Chicano Film Director’s films at our very first Chicano Film Festival this past April 25th. From drama, to sci-fi, to western, to horror musical, to documentaries, to social justice and drama narrative, Thank You storytellers for all of the hard work, heart, passion and skill you put into each of your films. Everyone who attended that evening, were inspired and moved by each of your films. Proud to have gotten the honor to present each of you, with your Official Selection Award Certificates as best in your film categories. Our Stories, in our Voice, with our Faces. Mil gracias Mateo for letting us share your story con nuestra Comunidad. “This short narrative is about a hungry little Xolo named Skippy while searching his home for food and his missing owner, Maria. He finds her lying motionless on the couch just as the Aztec god of death, Xolotl, enters through the front door. Realizing that the god has come to take Maria, Skippy leads him on a heartfelt tour of the house, showing the small, loving moments that defined their life together.
