A 5K community based run hosted by @made.running in collaboration with @jdsports x @nikerunning , celebrating movement inside the shopping centre.
This is another milestone moment for the culture as we have come a long way and now using running as a tool to bring people together… creating a positive environment.
A big shoutout to my brother @hermendange who is a great leader and an individual like myself who turned his life around after leaving prison achieving greatness by breaking the cycle.
Ayy @yamen035 the call up has been made. We going to show the city the power of community… let’s shut it down 🫡
You already know I move with intention when it comes to training, so having a @builtforathletes bag is only right.

The biggest race of the running calendar is about to go down… the London Marathon? Child’s play. It’s YAMAGATA EKIDEN TIME! 🎽
You can never trust the weather this time of year in Japan so my sauna tent saw some heavy action during this taper week and I’ve been comboing it with FivePointFive’s performance-boosting breathwork while cooking in the furnace 🔥

Define fitness? What is fitness?
To me, fitness is your ability to recover from stimuli. How quickly can you recover to be able to show your fitness again and again and again.
I'm happy with how I was able to recover quickly on Saturday night as you can see. How fast does your hr decreases when resting.
@thebayensmethod I'm excited to get your opinion on this. Or at least your definition of what fitness is.
The second clip is Jono my man who I have 5 mins of alone time with every morning. Jono helps me get into a peaceful state whenever I want to. This is through the @_fivepointfive app. My daily breath work routine has really hepled me to recover. Which is what it's all about!

The Bodv Oxvgen Level Test (BOLT) puts a number on vour breathing efficiency and CO₂ tolerance levels.
Why is this important?
CO₂ isn't just a byproduct - it helps unlock oxygen from blood to muscle (Bohr effect).
The better you tolerate rising CO₂, the more efficient breathing, improved endurance at set paces, and higher stress tolerance.
Score guide (seconds):
0-10 = Weak
11-25 = Limited
26-40 = Strong
41+= Expert
Higher BOLT ➡️ better CO₂ tolerance: calmer, more efficient breathing, improved oxygen delivery, faster recovery
Lower BOLT ➡️ quicker reactivity to CO₂, often tied to over-breathing and faster fatigue.
