With Stage 1 completed and Stage 2 underway, this milestone represents the next step in a carefully planned and strategically staged project, in which 4:PM as independent Project Managers are delivering a fully occupied consolidation and refit of 9,000sqm that keeps Aristocrat’s people and culture at the centre of every decision.   Aristocrat has long understood that great spaces power great teams. This project brings that philosophy to life, with a new environment that celebrates culture, supports new work methods, and re-energise the workplace experience to create a vibrant community that maximises flexibility.   4:PM is providing bespoke, independent project management from assisting with lease negotiation support, briefing, management of design concept and development, through to construction and relocation, adding value at every phase through our unique design management and delivery approach. Transformation is underway at Ausgrid’s long-standing Muswellbrook Depot, with 4PM Projects engaged to lead the master planning and redevelopment of the Industrial site, modernising the depot while delivering a new administration building, internal warehouse upgrades and external civil works to support Ausgrid’s evolving workplace standards and operational principles. With staged construction progressing and the depot remaining fully operational, it’s great to see this long-standing facility taking its next step toward completion in May 2026. Today was a good day 🍃🌿🪵 The 4PM Projects team headed up to Long Reef to team up with Bushlink - an incredible social enterprise that provides meaningful employment for people with disability through bush regeneration and environmental conservation. 4:PM is thrilled to announce the successful delivery of the first of several new speculative suites at 28 Honeysuckle Drive, Newcastle. Drawing inspiration from Newcastle’s rich steel history, these spec suites blend contemporary workplace design with local heritage to create a vibrant space, setting a new standard for commercial spaces in the Newcastle region. Our team has been working alongside RF Corval and local agents to create leading spec suites, and collaborated with tenants to ensure seamless coordination of integration items for each space.
