SHAPE is delighted to have completed Elysium Noosa, delivered in collaboration with Arkadia and project partners MostynCopper, Knisco, BSE Australia and Mitchell & Eades.
Engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement and Design & Construct model, SHAPE refurbished 165 guest rooms, carefully curating a high-quality finish that reflects the luxury Elysium brand. All works were carefully staged within a live hotel environment, maintaining programme and guest comfort while protecting design intent.
The scope also included the refurbishment of the bar and restaurant fronting Hastings Street, now home to Cibaria Noosa the acclaimed Italian dining experience from Alessandro and Anna Pavoni, alongside Bar Capri, inspired by the Mediterranean Riviera.

SHAPE is proud to have delivered another high-quality workplace fitout for returning client Allianz within their Geelong office.
Working under a Construction Management model, SHAPE Geelong refurbished Allianz’s newly configured office space within a tight six‑week programme. The project transformed the tenancy with new meeting and focus rooms, a wellness area, open workspaces, and upgraded building services.
Strong collaboration was key to navigating complex IT, Security and AV coordination including global commissioning requirements. Through close collaboration with Allianz and project partners, we ensured these systems were delivered and commissioned on schedule.

We’re proud to share that the first ever SHAPE Tasmania Charity Golf Day was a great success, bringing together over 70 players across 24 teams and raising over $17,000 for Matt’s Marathon Mission in support of Bowel Cancer Australia.

Matt’s Marathon Mission was founded after Matt was diagnosed with bowel cancer at just 36.
Through a 550‑kilometre run from Stanley to Cockle Creek, Matt is raising awareness that bowel cancer can affect people of all ages and highlighting the importance of early detection.

We partnered with Sky News Australia to deliver a purpose‑built broadcast and workplace facility in the heart of Sydney, bringing high‑performance studios and a modern, collaborative office together under one roof.
The 3,400 m² space features state‑of‑the‑art broadcast studios with large‑scale LED screens, control rooms, make‑up and wardrobe facilities, upgraded amenities and flexible office areas, all designed to support a 24/7 live media operation.
Our team carefully planned and delivered the staged relocation from Macquarie Park to the new Surry Hills headquarters, maintaining seamless broadcast continuity within a live, business‑critical environment.

We’re excited to share that our SHAPE Canberra 2026 Charity Golf Day was a huge success, raising $55,000 for Karinya House and bringing our total fundraising over the past 12 months to $100,000.
It was fantastic to see more than 120 attendees, across support staff and 22 teams come together for the day, and we hope everyone in attendance had a great time out on the course while supporting a great cause.
The funds will aid Karinya House in supporting women and children in Canberra and the surrounding region who are pregnant or parenting and in need of safety, shelter and a positive support network.
Their services include 24/7 practical and emotional support, professional services, outreach programs, and opportunities for women to build confidence and skills for the future.
