This is where I have been for the last month preparing this space to make great records. I had to move my studio unexpectedly and we got an upgrade in the same building. It has been a challenging month and a hard journey to get here, but I believe amazing spaces like this still have huge value for us to create together and be loud when we need to! We’ve been making it work somehow for over 3 years now so no reason to stop now!

I was inspired by @flea333 to start playing bass when I found out he played trumpet. I had just started trumpet in elementary school and got my first bass (beatle bass copy) from a Musicians Friend catalogue after saving for months 🤣 fast forward a long time and here we are 📸 @richburg_
I spent weeks building this custom instrument inspired by @lovehulten and his whimsical approach to design. @blackcorporation_jp deckards dream, @expressive_e osmose, @strymonengineering big sky, @uaudio galaxy tape echo, @arturia_official Juno chorus, various modular units and a lot of custom woodwork. This unit is a first attempt and rough around the edges in some places but I am super proud and it has given me a greater appreciation for what true craftsmanship takes.
