@baitezesquad became the first grassroots team to drop their own signature boots, in a history-making collaboration with @newbalancefootball revealing two custom designs.
“Concrete Jungle” based on New Balance’s Furon v6 silhouette celebrating the history of Baiteze FC. The boots introduced in a Gunmetal Grey and Alpha Orange colour palette were inspired by skylines and sunsets in Newham, East London.
“Views”, based on New Balance’s Tekela v3 and are a salute to the entire online football community that are changing the face of football. With a custom iridescent soleplate showcasing the amalgamation of all the colours in the community and a unique heel design paying respects to all the different teams, YouTube channels and cultures in a pyramid of strength.

The Zero Formation creative studio Ego Curate, in collaboration with John Boyega and Creative Agency, The Elephant Room, embarked on a crazy six-month program for Converse.
This initiative included £25,000 grants and a mission to empower five young black filmmakers to direct their own short films.
