As M.I.A.U. we’re Militant In Anti-migajerismo (aka, anti-crUmb-ism).
We yearn to meet people but this seems only attainable online or at parties.
Or we take crumbs because of our fomo and fear of feeling lonely.
But, where else can we make friends? Community? Lovers?
We’d like to open more doors for this, building a universe of interconnected galaxies. We want to embody our desire to be seen, properly (encorpar el querer ser vistx, bien).
We will have playful, serious and unserious conversation-starters to get to know each other. A curated playlist made by your really hot hosts, and more!!!

M.I.A.U. (Las/Suyas) stands for many things, for instance: Mis Incredible Amigas United. we’re fuelled by the hopes of having our friends meet our friends and their friends. the intensity of our love forms the DNA of our friendship. we want to open many doors, making spaces that allow worlds to meet. we want to help reconstruct the way in which we relate, imagining other times and spaces where we can build new realities and temporalities.

we love parties but we find necessary to also open other possibilities to socialize and (perhaps) plant seeds for new communities and friendships <3
Our Horizon: opening up spaces of socialization enable and motivate us to (re)imagine the future with a creativity that’s forward-looking.

we yearn to break the curse that capitalism has imposed upon us; we want to have awkward small talks, for our silences and excitements to flood the room, that our bodies forget the clock and just exist with the desire to get to know each other. we want to just enjoy spending time together.
