Yael BC @yael.bc interviewed me the 26th of February 2026 at the Reykjavik Art Museum’s @reykjavikartmuseum bar in relation to the works I presented as part of the Hafnar community @haushaus.haus while I was offered to answer in video questions for VLX7 @thevastlab , the experimental film festival in Los Angeles March 2026. Both offer insights into my current intermedia artistic practice that you might find interesting.
Thanks again to all who were present at the fantastic upstairs bar of the Reykjavik Art Museum, to the wonderful and kind friends from the Hafnar Community, and of course to the talented Yael BC who’s work I recommend you go discover if not already.
You can find the festival on their webpage for more information , and my works as usual on the https://zzz.chwebsite.

“Noaidi Phrenia” is Brebis (on all major streaming platforms) episode 7 of the infiniteslop.net 30 year anniversary project! Too late to rewind the AI that came out of the box, and while careful on how this could fundamentally disrupt our Human world, I currently stand that it is ok if you can still play it.
Beyond the inherent biases of the representation infused into the models, I decided to make my own mixtapes using technologies at hand to reinterpret some of my older material from pre, post web protocol art. Go check it out on Apple or YouTube Podcasts yahaaa.
Refugia at the Intersection: Entropy, Exposure, and Emergence
A few months ago, @circa.art issued a global call through their CIRCA Prize 2025, inviting artists to consider sanctuary not as retreat but as resistance and invited us to propose new ways of seeing, surviving, and shaping our collective future. More concretely we first had to submit a two and a half minute video work in response to the CIRCA 20:25 Manifesto, REFUGIA that would have been displayed on Picadilly Lights giant screen and CIRCA’s global platform. It was also a great occasion to have one’s work confronted by other prominent minds (a jury composed of @alvarobarrington , @bjork , @edward_enninful , @ebotron , @nicoletta_fiorucci_london , @lalamichmich , @josefoconnor , @hansulrichobrist , @rosenthal.norman , @_catherine_wood_ ).
This was an opportunity to reinterpret my work and clarify it within the current conceptual artistic landscape. I thus read Refugia not as a call to retreat, but as a challenge to reimagine refuge as a dynamic, co-created condition, one that resists enclosure and embraces permeability. The manifesto speaks of sanctuaries where life survives and returns; I’m drawn to the idea that such sanctuaries can also metabolise instability, ambiguity, and change.
My project not being selected is a great opportunity for me to share it with you here. Not only did it help me refine core principles and seeded new pathways to my future creations but might also be of enjoyment to you.
