As a member of the industry working group established by the Office of the Building Commissioner, Feris Chehade contributed to developing the proposed Engineering Practice Standard. The EPS aims to provide a clear and enforceable standard of what is expected and required of Professional Engineers under the DBPA.

Our team has hit the green again for another Charity Golf Day, this time supporting Sight For All. A big thank you to the ACSE NSW for organising and hosting us at the Avondale Golf Club. With the collective effort of all participants, over $10k was raised!

When Structural and Façade Engineering Come to Life!
Revealing its structurally challenging geometry and façade, @aland_group 46 storey mixed-use development Paramount on Parkes is standing tall with the construction currently at level 30.
The high-rise tower will offer 331 apartments, ground-floor retail spaces, and over 3,000 sqm of premium commercial spaces spanning levels 40 through 46.

Meridian received the Good Design Australia Award in Architectural Design!
Designed by @turnerstudio , Meridian is a unique residential precinct that blends private and affordable housing options, with 50% of the development being purpose-built build-to-rent affordable housing for essential key workers.

WINNER: The Hoxton - ALAND
The Hoxton - @aland_group 32-storey apartment tower in Liverpool, received the High-Rise Residential Development (Metro) Award by @urban_taskforce_australia force.
This accolade is a well-deserved acknowledgment of the project team's dedication and their innovative approach to delivering this complex project. The judges were particularly impressed with The Hoxton's design quality, affordability, and the inclusion of amenities such as the winter garden and rooftop common area.

Developed by the Roche Group, the Lilyfield Mixed-Use development represents a harmonious integration of heritage preservation, modern innovation, and community-centric design crafted by the architectural team at @chrofi_architects , alongside our structural and civil team.
The new development comprises six residential buildings, two of which involve the adaptive reuse of heritage buildings dating back to the early 1900s. Showcasing a seamless blend of advanced structural engineering and architectural design, the dynamic and unique precinct leverages the interaction of new and old buildings while combining a variety of industrial and creative spaces and residential needs.
By rejuvenating industrial spaces, nurturing the existing artistic community, and introducing fresh opportunities for urban living, the community-driven project transcends conventional development. It will create a dynamic urban ecosystem that fosters interaction, creativity, and collaboration among residents, entrepreneurs, and artists.

The Xavier Knights took out the title for the @propertyindustryfoundation battle of the bands last week at Construction Rocks Australia.
Hosted at the Oxford Arts Factory, PIF set the stage for nine incredible bands of the construction and property industry. It was a great evening of classic rock songs, with our band playing in a lineup with the bands of @transportfornsw@charter_hall@tsamgt@northropconsultingengineers ,WSP in Australia, and Mott MacDonald.
The annual charity event raises funds to support homeless youth in Australia, this year raising over $35,000 to go towards the Haven House Project.
