@poliphonia.tbilisi and friends from Georgia were given a great gift to be hosted by Joseph Roca, seeing where it all began at Can Roca to the new project on the mountain @esperitroca to a gorgeous lunch, understanding how memory and family roots can morph to flavours on the plate. So right before we start again in Tbilisi the beautiful chaos with the @barsuperbarcelona and @barbrutalbarcelona family, I want to thank Stefano and Max and their kick ass team at Bar Super for hosting @poliphonia.tbilisi Barcelona, not sure who had more fun the hosts or the guests, but it was magical vibe and we returned to Georgia full to the brim with love and inspiration.
