Head over to the WSR YouTube channel for a surprise video from the Hey Colossus album "Heaven Was Wild" (linkinbio). "Runaway Heart" sees Paul from the group take the frantic live footage from 2024's London weekender ( shot by @spalton ) and turn it into a beautiful dream-like state to perfectly compliment the song. One of the strangest tunes from the album, "Runaway Heart" was also the last to come together and seemed to arrive like magic at the end of a recording day. To celebrate this we've done a little mini-sale on the album for the weekend. The LP is just £15 and the CD £8. If you missed its predecessor "In Blood" then there are combo deals to pick up both albums in the same order and we've knocked a few quid off those too. Head to Bandcamp. Linkinbio. You may have noticed the traditional flurry of Colossus live gigs hasn't materialised around this album's release. Don't worry, nothing bad has happened. The ways of Hey Colossus are mysterious and foggy for you, us and them. But much is occurring in secret. We will share when able. A fan sent us a submission for the @wrong_speed_records takeover. People are so fickle aren't they @hey_colossus It's a shit business lads.

Seems like Joe calling Irked his favourite band on the label has triggered something deep within the otherwise-peaceful folks of No Peeling. "It's our release day too!" they screamed down the phone before hacking our IG account to hit Irked with some inflammatory posts. This sort of definitely-not-engineered band beef sent Blur to the top of the charts so we've let No Peeling have the reins for a bit to tell you to head to Bandcamp and snap up the last remaining copies of their "EP2" seven inch while you can! The drama!
