has curated a lineup fit for the occasion - not only his own project, forward thinking and fresh with a brand new album, but also the textured guitars and soundscapes of @dean_mcphee 🤝
Saturday 16th May, doors from 7 pm - our partners @shipleytriangle will be ready to welcome you in the bar for an evening of experimental and electronic music to heighten the senses.

Jangly pop group SHRUB take you on a meandering jazzy tour of the universe with lush vocal harmonies and gleeful sax solos. Since their big-fringed teenage Bradford days, SHRUB have sold out headline shows in Sheffield including at the Leadmill and Sidney & Matilda, and have enjoyed a gig at the Caroline Street Social club back in September 2024. They're looking forward to bringing their lively set to @kcc_shipley for a hometown show!

The set list we found soaked to the stage suggests some last-minute changes... Looks like we nearly missed out on 'I Punched a Lion in the Throat'... Surely not...
Oh, and we definitely got a bonus Nirvana cover as an encore on top of this lot. Rumour has it they'll be making another local live appearance in the coming months 👀
