@sineadcampbellmusic is a Jamaican-Irish soul singer, songwriter, and creative producer based in the North of England. Her music blends modern R&B with nostalgic soul, funk grooves and powerful, heart-on-sleeve vocals. At the heart of her work is a deep honesty – songs that are as much about healing and identity as they are about groove and soul. Drawing on her dual heritage and lived experience, Sinead writes music that carries cultural pride, resilience, and self-discovery. Her songs move between soft strength and unapologetic empowerment, offering listeners a space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with their own truth.
Sinead has already been compared to Mercury winner Olivia Dean and Thee Sacred Souls by Clash Magazine, praised as “a beautiful voice from the North” on Future Soul With Victoria Jane (BBC Radio 1), and championed by BBC Introducing, Fresh on the Net, and Amazing Radio. Her music has reached international airwaves from Lisbon to Dublin, while live she has supported Soul II Soul, Basement Jaxx, Phillip Lassiter, Pongo, and Arrested Development.
With a great band of Leeds A-list funk/soul/jazz musicians backing her, we guarantee she'll warm up the room nicely for the headliners @thehaggishorns at the @djlubijovanovic funk & soul summer party at @kcc_shipley on Friday 5th June... @shipleytriangle will be there to get you in the swing of things from 7:30 pm🍹🍺

We've been looking forward to this one for a long time...
@dystopian_vectors arrives at @kcc_shipley with new music in the world and the sonic tapestry to put our new sound system well and truly to the test; our engineers spent hours and hours tweaking and fine-tuning the room for artists like this.
That would be enough to set the pulses racing on a Saturday night, but our good friend @worriedaboutsatan
has curated a lineup fit for the occasion - not only his own project, forward thinking and fresh with a brand new album, but also the textured guitars and soundscapes of @dean_mcphee 🤝
Saturday 16th May, doors from 7 pm - our partners @shipleytriangle will be ready to welcome you in the bar for an evening of experimental and electronic music to heighten the senses.
It's nearly next week which means we're back in the saddle at @kcc_shipley on Friday night with the wonderful @weetwoodmacband 🙌
There'll be no tickets on the door because this one will be sold out imminently, you can find the very last tickets via @seetickets@dicefm and @jumborecords 🎟️⏳
Jangly pop group SHRUB take you on a meandering jazzy tour of the universe with lush vocal harmonies and gleeful sax solos. Since their big-fringed teenage Bradford days, SHRUB have sold out headline shows in Sheffield including at the Leadmill and Sidney & Matilda, and have enjoyed a gig at the Caroline Street Social club back in September 2024. They're looking forward to bringing their lively set to @kcc_shipley for a hometown show!
@shrub.shrub.shrub will be with us on Friday 14th August ably supported by @captainsouthamericaofficial - as ever, @shipleytriangle will be slinging the drinks in the bar 🍻

We're gearing up for more live music at @kcc_shipley and reminiscing about the awesome @pulled_apart_by_horses show back in February...
The set list we found soaked to the stage suggests some last-minute changes... Looks like we nearly missed out on 'I Punched a Lion in the Throat'... Surely not...
Oh, and we definitely got a bonus Nirvana cover as an encore on top of this lot. Rumour has it they'll be making another local live appearance in the coming months 👀
