A contract signed. A glass poured. The team in one room. That’s Sign & Sip. For Hali Dromana, we joined @samuelproperty and the wider project team on the rooftop at 116 Rokeby to mark our appointment as builder. On Dromana’s shoreline: 70 homes, designed by @cerastribley — anchored in the Australian holiday house as typology, reinterpreted as principal residences for daily life. Both retreat and residence. Landscapes by @tractconsultants bring over 5,000sqm of parkland and gardens to the heart of the community, emphasising community, openness and longevity. Sign & Sip is a pause — intent fixed before the site takes command. That intent now moves into construction, with @wrapengineering , @checkpointbuildingsurveyors and @mrm.group alongside, the build already taking shape on site. This isn’t our first with @samuelproperty , and we suspect it won’t be the last. Continuity builds trust. For our part, we see medium-density as civic work — balancing scale with detail, and creating places that matter to the people who call them home. With construction underway, the next chapter begins. We’re proud to be at the helm, alongside such a capable team.

We’re proud to announce that our CHORA cultural project has been officially lodged through the Development Facilitation Program. Led by KUD, the initiative will conserve and transform the Holy Monastery of Axion Estin—formerly the Little Sisters of the Poor Convent—into a vibrant cultural precinct. Inspired by the ancient Greek concept of chora, the master plan features eight buildings, with the heritage structure restored and repurposed at its core. The precinct will include housing, education, arts, hospitality, and green spaces, anchored by a striking amphitheatre. CHORA will be a contemporary Greek village, where history and community life converge. A big thank you to all the hard work from our partners   Client: @goaaus Conservation Architect @andronasarchitecture Traffic, Waste and Planning @ratio.consultants Project Manager @hubpropertygroup Landscape Architect @acre.landscape Serviced @wrapengineering Structure @4dworkshop Arborist @johnpatricklandscapearchitects Building Surveyor @codus_buildingsurveyors Fire Engineer @sqr1_eng Acoustic Engineer @acousticlogic ESD @giwenvironmental DDA Functional Access Solutions #culturalcentre #submission #amphitheatre

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE. NORWICH PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT. We recently visited the Norwich Plaza site to check in on progress, with key restoration works now clearly underway. Located in the heart of Bridge Mall, the re-development is beginning to reveal the original Morshead of Ballarat brick facade - carefully restored after decades hidden beneath cladding. The FORUM design continues to balance heritage and modernity, preserving the building’s historic character while introducing contemporary elements that support a new era of retail and hospitality use. Internally, construction is progressing on the reconfigured layout, designed to improve amenity, circulation, and functionality for future tenants and visitors. This project continues to support the @cityofballarat Urban Renewal Plan, with Norwich Plaza forming a key part of the Bridge Mall revitalisation and the broader Bakery Hill precinct vision.
