Big day on site at Bell Bardia! 👷‍♂️🏗️✨ Our tower crane is officially up, thanks to the incredible teamwork of @hcr_cranes @premiercranes and our site team. This milestone didn’t happen overnight, it took weeks of planning, coordination and prep from our site crew and subcontractors to bring it all together safely.

Last week we were honoured to be onsite for the Smoking Ceremony and Sod Turning at the Dandelion Project in Dandenong. This milestone marks the beginning of construction on 70 new social homes, delivered in partnership with Launch Housing, Homes Victoria and the broader project team. These homes will bring much needed safety, stability and opportunity to the local community. Project highlights: 📍 40 one bed and 30 two bed energy efficient apartments 📍 Close to transport, shops and essential services 📍 75% allocated to Priority Access applicants 📍 10% allocated to First Nations community members Thank you to everyone who joined us for this important moment. We’re excited to share that GRC Buxton has been awarded the Launch Housing Project Cumulus! Construction is set to commence in January 2026, delivering 89 new Social Housing dwellings for Priority Access applicants — with a strong focus on supporting people on very low, low and moderate incomes. Importantly, 10% of all dwellings will be allocated to First Nations peoples. Located in the heart of the Dandenong Metropolitan Activity Centre and the Dandenong National Employment & Innovation Cluster, this 11-level development will feature: ✨ A multipurpose residents’ lounge ✨ A small office space for Launch Housing staff ✨ A culturally safe outdoor communal area ✨ A social enterprise space A sod-turn ceremony was held on 11 November, perfectly timed between breaks in the weather. We were honoured to have Gabrielle Williams MP (State Member for Dandenong), along with representatives from Local Council, Homes Victoria, Burbank Urban, Launch Housing and Donald Cant Watts Corke (DCWC), attend the event and mark the beginning of this important project. Fairway Project Update We’re in the final construction and commissioning phase as we prepare for the main handover ✨ Upgrades to Electrical, Gas, Fire Services, Hydraulic, Mechanical, and IT systems are now in place for handover. 🚧 Fairway Bayside Aged Care – Construction Update 🚧 Great progress is being made at Fairway Bayside Aged Care, with the project now reaching full height along Bluff Road! The new frontage has transformed the facility’s presence, creating a more prominent and welcoming streetscape. Last week, we welcomed Mayor of Sandringham, Cr Hanna El Mouallem, along with Fairway Board Members Laurie Evans & Michael Scully and council representatives for a site tour. 📸 Pictured below: GRC Buxton Project Manager Paul Walters, Council Representative Cr Hanna El Mouallem, and Michael Scully standing in what will soon be the Level 1 sitting area, overlooking the internal courtyard.
