PROJECT UPDATE The Queensbury - Queens Road, Albert Park. The Queensbury is a is a 14 level residential development for Hirsch & Faigen, comprising of 140 residential apartments. A building of undeniable presence rising above Albert Park Lake, defined by bold vertical lines and expansive glazing. Designed to capture never to be built out views across park, city and bay, each residence is light-filled, spacious and finished with warm, natural materials. “We designed a building that is timeless and elegant- something reductive, calm, and refined. We stripped away complexity to focus on pure architectural expression: simple verticals and horizontals, honest materials, and generous spaces filled with natural light,” David Harrap, FORUM. KENSINGTON ROAD, ROSE PARK. We're proud to share our newest completed project, a multi-tenant medical precinct anchored by a new two-level Specialist Dental Practice. Designed to sit comfortably within its residential context, the building features a modest scale and gabled form. A recessed entry in the stucco façade creates a clear, welcoming arrival point leading into the reception and clinical suites on the ground floor. Upstairs, staff enjoy dedicated amenities and a quiet terrace overlooking the rear of the site. Generous glazing and layered landscaping shape calm, light-filled clinical spaces, softening the building’s edges and creating a restorative environment for patients and staff alike. “Patient feedback has been incredible. We hear multiple times a day how much our patients love the building, the design has truly exceeded expectations. Working with the FORUM team has been a great collaborative experience from start to finish,” Dr Jonathan Christo.
