Meet the performers:
Ella Beaver:
Ella is the author of the book this whole thing is about. They will be reading poems and presenting their work.
Suzy Valentine:
Suzy L Valentine is a Black lesbian visual artist in so-called Portland, Oregon. They are very concerned with transcendence and punishment, obsession and delusion and other abstract languages of the spirit informed by violence. They will be reading comics.
Lola:
Lola makes music under the name Obedient, makes tattoos, makes drawings, makes sandwiches, makes friends, makes love, and makes comics.
She will be reading comics.
Chistopher Adams:
Christopher Adams is a multimedia artist and cashier. His comic books include Strong Eye Contact, Period, Yule Log, Dog Book and Tack Piano Heaven. His poetry books include Hyperlinks, Easter Weed Water, Prepagan Gaming Console, Radical Sign Saxophone and the forthcoming Kermit Meme Vim Kingdom. He plays the electric guitar.
He will be reading poetry.
Anthony Clementi:
Anthony is a painter musician and animator, and will be sharing a ~15 minute multimedia performance.
