I created this reel to show you what it really looks like to build a creative business from the ground up: the small moments, the behind-the-scenes decisions, and the truth no one shows you about being a solopreneur.
Right now, I wear every hat: CEO, strategist, editor, outreach, operations, all of it. And I do it because I believe in my purpose, my spirit, and the people I want to serve.
I didn’t see many videos that showed what this part of the journey looked like. So I’m documenting it.
Not to impress, but to inspire.
Because the truth is:

What started as a commitment to access has become a living reminder that wellness should be accessible, not exclusive.
After nearly a decade of dealing life with MS, I’ve tried just about every healing modality you can imagine. What I learned along the way is that healing is not one-size-fits-all and alternative care isn’t always the most affordable. Heal the Block LA was created to change that. To expose our community to different wellness modalities, to encourage exploration, and to remind people that trial and error is part of finding what brings balance, regulation, and wholeness to the body.
We may be small, but we are mighty. I’m endlessly grateful for my friend and co-founder @therealtranee , for her leadership, and the care she’s poured into my health over the past three years. Thank you to every practitioner who donated their time, energy, and resources to be of service. Because of you, wellness becomes something we all get to experience.
