Last Saturday’s concert at @wigmore_hall was such an incredible outpouring of love! Thank you so much to everyone who’s shown us support and enthusiasm these past few weeks - we love you guys and we’re SO grateful for you. Our programme of Shostakovich, Debussy, @annahmeredith , and our own @astro_muso has been an incredible journey of growth, inspiration, laughter and tears, bringing us as the Woolf Quartet even closer together. ❤️ It’s been an incredible year so far as the @royalacademyofmusic / Wigmore Hall Learning and Participation Fellowship Ensemble, and being able to share and create and inspire at @wigmore_hall during this year has been so immensely formative for us as a quartet. We are so proud of Beatrice for hosting her first ever showcase at @mapstudiocafe ! The night was filled with music and storytelling from a variety of artists, from western classical to R&B to jazz, and we could all feel a new sense of community forming💕 As part of the line up we performed 'Assemblance' a new piece that @beatricesviola wrote for us🤩🤩 and the third movement of Shostakovich's 7th String Quartet. It was also so special to collaborate with poet @by.mya , improvising along to her spoken words✨ Excited to see what you cook up next Bea :)) 📸 @miriampancheva

Thank you, @framconcerts for having us! 😍 A few weeks ago we had the joy of performing Haydn, Beethoven, and Florence Price in beautiful St Michael’s Church, Framlingham. We’re INCREDIBLY excited to be part of this evening performance at the @southbankcentre on Sun 30 Nov!
