Tomorrow is the day! We are so excited to perform 𝐎𝐖𝐑𝐒𝐈, written by our beloved friend @naderadabnejad The piece is only complete with the wonderful animation created by @baran.sedighian that will be streamed tomorrow during our performance ✨✨ (The illustrations on the poster are hers, just giving you a little sneak peek!👀) 𝐍𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐧𝐞𝐣𝐚𝐝 is an Iranian composer, violinist, audio engineer, and videographer. His compositions draw from contemporary classical, intercultural and experimental musical traditions, often exploring themes of identity and human unity. He has collaborated with ensembles and musicians internationally, creating works for both acoustic and electro-acoustic settings. Along his compositional journey, Nader is active in performance and interdisciplinary artistic collaborations, combining sound and technology to create works that encourage artistic dialogue. 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐢𝐚𝐧 is originally from Iran and holds a masters degree in Illustration. She began her professional career as an illustrator and animator, following her passion for many years. In 2022, she made the decision to leave her homeland and immigrate to the Netherlands, where she pursued a second master’s degree in animation. Alongside her art, Baran is now pursuing a path as a producer, with the aim of helping artists like herself achieve their dreams. It has been a very exciting journey working on the piece, finding all the color nuances and different textures, and we really love it, it brings us to a very special place, and we can’t wait for our first attempt to bring this work to life (hopefully of many!) 🩵 #animation #musicandanimation #liveconcert #chambermusic #stringquartet

For the first time, we performed Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 11, Op. 95 “Serioso”, alongside Bartók’s String Quartet No. 4.
