This Friday we are doing the rarest of things, heading north of the river to play records. We are teaming up with brother channel W.A.P Station for a cosy instore session at @kristinarecords . We’ll be spinning from 6-10pm as SLVA and W.A.P Station, with an hour long SLAP at the end too W.A.P stands for Wiggy And Proud and their channel is strictly wapperz. Run and managed by two extremely close friends of ours Frav & Skip Wooznam, it was only a matter of time before we gave people a SLAP. If you haven’t come across their channel then you may have come across their first release as a record label Wap.Recs. Released back in March, WAP001 came from Roberto Manolio, titled Sublevel Restrictions. This release has found its way into the record bags of some of our favourite selectors since and you may have had your brain scrambled by it if you found yourself in a dark basement or sunrise-stricken forest this summer.
