Kicking off our new bi-monthly residency at the infamous Old Blue Last (now with a banging new PA...), we're inviting longtime collaborator @radioactiveman_uk , the mighty @electro_elvis , Lula and @ara_u____ label-boss of @nostaticautomatic (arguably one of the best Electro labels around today). That time where mobile phones were just phones and snake was the height of technology. These videos were recorded on a tape camcorder by Electro Elvis and it's a miracle to have footage from this time. Raw and unfiltered of that soundsystem throb the night was peaking at this point.
We really built a family around this time with Mark Broom coming to be part of the 25 Years of WANG party coming up tomorrow night at The Cause. He's been part of many a good time in WANG's books.

He did his first ever live set for us and is a very special member of the WANG family indeed, responsible for many big moments in the rave over these last 25 Years.

OMG it’s 25 Years of WANG is this Saturday! We are heading to the brilliant @thecauselondon with a line up that we could not be prouder of. Over the years we've been blessed to have the support of so many amazing artists. Here’s a final run through of artists we have performing on the night we’ve not bigged up yet on our feed.
DJing on the night will be Warlock who is bringing a special Hooverian Blur set. His records under this alias have brought together the best parts of rave for us. Making her WANG debut, Katya, a DJ who has always been known for pushing electro sounds and as soon as Lula and Elvis heard Katya’s sets, we knew we had to have her play at WANG. She’s joined by No Static / Automatic (NS/A) records boss Ara-U who is innovating electro both with the music he releases and in his DJ sets.
We also welcome Joe Hart and Scott Fraser, their Bodyhammer nights are in-part inspired by WANG and are always a right ol' knees-up. Scott Fraser is set to present his new solo live show.
Finally, the duo behind WANG - Electro Elvis & Lula. Electro Elvis is resident and party promoter, his weekly radio show on Origin UK showcases his own unique mix of musical styles. WANG and Rocketscience Media boss, Lula is the one who keeps the show on the road, when she's not DJing, you can catch her down the front of the dance floor, absolutely 'avin it!
