We attended UK Construction Week and it was great to see so many exciting innovations across the industry, as well as hear from such a strong line-up of inspiring speakers. A valuable few days full of insight and ideas.
Bayern Munich vs PSG wasn’t the only glamour tie played yesterday… ⚽️
Champion Hill once again played host to the much‑anticipated Virtus vs Quantem rematch, and it certainly delivered. A cracking game from start to finish, with Quantem edging a well‑earned 5–3 victory.
Thankfully, some well‑timed post‑match pizza and beers helped take the sting out of it.
Fair play to Quantem, enjoy the trophy while it lasts. We’ll be back next year for the decider… and to bring it home where it belongs. 🏆
🍽️ Positive change, served in London 🍽️
This week, Rosetti teamed up with @foodcyclehq to cook and serve a nutritious meal for 70 people from the local community.
The initiative helps reduce food waste and food insecurity, while creating welcoming spaces that bring people together and support wellbeing.
We’re proud to play a part in projects that deliver lasting social value across our communities.
A brilliant season for @dulwichhamletfc comes to a close tonight.

✨ Project Complete: 101 Wigmore Street ✨
We are very proud to share one of our recently completed office refurbishments in the heart of Marylebone — 101 Wigmore Street, a 12‑week transformation delivered with a focus on warmth, functionality, and high‑end design.
This project introduced a series of purpose‑driven spaces, including:
✅ A welcoming client reception
✅ A new glazed meeting room
✅ A bespoke multifunctional library space, complete with dark‑walnut joinery, open shelving, concealed storage, and integrated amenities
One of the key challenges and successes was ensuring all new updates blended seamlessly with the existing space while elevating the client’s brand identity. The result?
A refreshed, cohesive, and uplifting workplace that feels both familiar and newly energised.
We are always proud of the craftsmanship, collaboration, and attention to detail our team brings to every project.
Our Head of ESG had a lovely day in Manchester yesterday at the @bco_uk ESG Summit.
Poppy joined industry leaders in discussions about sustainable innovations, barriers to solving some big issues like material waste, and how the social value act is helping to shape the places we build.
With some fresh motivation, we can't wait to keep pushing boundaries and achieve our ESG goals.
That’s a wrap on our @cityoflondoncorp Careers Festival student site visit at our iconic 30 St Mary Axe project.
We were delighted to welcome Year 8 students from @highams__park__school to see first-hand the wide range of roles that contribute to a successful fit-out project in the City.
The students enjoyed a tour of our live site before hearing about careers in construction from our fantastic delivery team.
They learned about the tendering process with Victoria Applegarth, explored how we price and manage project costs with Elliot Mack, and saw how projects come together on site with Chris and the wider project team.
The group also had the opportunity to hear from the brilliant PM apprentices at Gloster S-Worx ltd - thank you to everyone who got involved and helped make the visit such a great experience.
At Virtus, we’re committed to promoting construction as a career path and inspiring the next generation of professionals who will help build our city.
