The beautiful game should not be ugly to anyone. Football might be the most loved sport in the world, yet to LGBTQ+ people this love can be unrequited. Homophobia, transphobia, and discrimination remain prevalent parts of fan experiences, and many do not feel welcome in the game as a whole. With abuse reported to Kick It Out on the rise - and more action needed to tackle the underlying issues - it is no wonder that many LGBTQ+ people feel they have to seek out safer & more inclusive environments in order to continue their journey in the sport; spaces without which they would be lost to football altogether. The love of the game should never be determined by who you are and how you identify. Everyone should be able to play on. Help us fight discrimination. Our Youth Team are going for League title glory this Sunday but only if they defeat Cray Wanderers at Flamingo Park. Find out more and how to join them ⬇️ This Sunday our new Youth Team look to finish the season with a league title win, if they can defeat Cray Wanderers at Flamingo Park. A draw is enough for Cray to clinch the title while the young Hamlet side know only 3 points will do as they look to finish their 1st season in pink & blue with silverware. Following an early season run in the FA Youth Cup that saw them exit the competition against Erith Town our Youth side have mounted a title charge and will be league champions if they can defeat this weekend's opponents. The Wanderers have only suffered defeat twice this season against Bromley and Peckham Town. Our Youth Team pride themselves on playing free flowing attacking football and this Sunday has the potential to be a match everyone can enjoy. So please if you have the time free, join us on the road for the final Dulwich Hamlet game of the season, we can't wait to see you at Flamingo Park cheering on the team. KICK-OFF TIME: 10AM STADIUM ADDRESS: Flamingo Park Sports Club Chislehurst Kent BR7 6HL Entrance is completely free!
