🎷🌞 News 🎷🌞 So for our birthday in March, we had the absolute pleasure of having @lamacumbiera.dk in to play some absolute bangers and jams, providing the most stellar vibes ever. Since that was such a blast, we have been secretly working on getting not only them back but also other musical acts over the summer for all of us. The first one is this Saturday, May 2nd, and it will happen intermittently over the summer. Music is cool, music is life, music is perfect for the courtyard. Don’t flake. Don’t be square and be here. Nobody likes square flakers. Love you all Music does good, music makes you feel well, and heck, music might even make you feel better. 🦩🎶☀️ P.S. So what are we? Can’t we just be a happy-go-lucky neighborhood spot that cooks some nice food with super-nice produce from super-duper-nice people we love to support? Do we really have to put and fit everything into nice little boxes? Anyhow, spring has sprungled and we are so happy and grateful for all the bounties of mother nature that we get to cook with, and we just can’t help ourselves but to share it with you sickos who made it this deep into the text. 🥳✨🥳✨🥳 Can you believe it’s been 3 years of Villette already? Us neither. It truly feels like we have lived more than 3 different lives so far, and we are just getting started. We’ve had good times, fun times, crazy times, busy times, really stupid busy times, but the most important part is that we couldn’t have done this without you. We are therefore inviting all you friends and supporters who have shared this short but also long life with us to celebrate our 3rd anniversary this Friday. “So how about that weather, huh?” What's the number one favorite conversation topic of Danes or people with no conversation skills? The weather, lol. Is this based on fact? Maybe not, but as the wildest snowstorm in years lays Denmark to an almost standstill and snow content is going around on the socials at a faster rate than the snow is falling, we will pivot and show off and humble brag a little about what our kitchen has been up to since returning from the holidays. As always, we are making food based on what our lovely farmers, markets, and nature give us, and that is not always easy, as nature giveth and nature taketh. This week, and season too, nature taketh more than giveth, but limitations breed creativity, hygge, and good vibes, amongst many other things. While the idea of staying safely at home with the enticing aspects of hygge and ordering in and whatnot, we also want to remind you to swing by, remember that we’d love to see you and take care of you, and, as always, eat well and feel even better. It’s time for that semi-obligatory end-of-the-year post, so here we go. Massive thanks and endless love to all of our friends and family who have supported us this year. From the team crushing it daily to the kitchen pitching out 100+mph bangers, to all our dedicated and excellent market-day collaborators, to all the guest chefs who graced us with their presence in our humble kitchen, and finally to every single person who came through. Thank you all. You make us who we are, and you inspire us to be better every single day. As we are hibernating in our holiday break, we can not wait to welcome you back from the 16th of January and share 2026 with you all We love you all.

You know what we are big proponents of? Daytime drinking. ‘’If ya start early, ya finish early.’’ We are fully aware that not everyone can partake in daytime drinking activities, but we are here to remind you that for those who do, we do have a sick selection of daytime food to go with the drinks for you degenerates out there.
