Dear All We have proudly worked with high-quality halal chicken since our inception, but due to a recent quality drop from our supplier, we are no longer able to use this chicken. We have debated internally long and hard about continuing with this halal product to remain inclusive, and we have searched high and low for halal alternatives. Still, all we have found are inferior halal alternatives with farming practices and quality that do not align with our philosophy. We have concluded that we must, for the time being, value the quality and traceability of our suppliers and our product and the farming practices, so we have temporarily pivoted to another lovely farm with happy pasture-raised chickens, which will provide us with superior-quality chicken; however, this means our chicken is not halal starting from today. We are working with this farm to get this halal-certified asap, and they are working on it too. Meanwhile, we are still on the lookout for other certified halal chicken farms that can provide us with a superior quality chicken with proper morals. Until then, we apologize for any inconvenience and will keep you updated as soon as we can resolve this situation. We hope you have faith in us that we always value quality over quantity, and that our mission is to make our product as inclusive as possible. We are counting on this being a temporary issue, and we will keep you updated on progress. On the bright side for our non-halal friends, you should see a dramatic increase in quality starting from today. P.S. If you know of any high-quality halal-certified chicken farms with good morals and farming practices, you can drop us a line.
