Organic Oolong Koshun.
As something new for the coming season, we’re excited to introduce an oolong tea.
During my visit to Mr. Harashima’s fields this past November, I was offered a tasting - and fell in love with this beautiful tea.
While we wait for the new season to arrive, we were fortunate to get our hands on the final two kilos from the 2025 harvest - the one I first tasted in the fields.
Grown without shading, then carefully wilted and half-fermented, the tea reveals a delicate and refined character, with notes of white flowers, light stone fruit, and a soft, honeyed sweetness.

Shincha 2026 - The Waiting Game 🌱🌱
The first Shincha teas of the year are now being harvested. The farmers we work closely with are already hard at work, preparing to bring us the very first taste of the new season. We expect teas from Kagoshima and Yame to arrive by the end of May.
Shincha season is a celebration of the first harvest, marking the beginning of the tea year ahead. A short window during spring to enjoy teas that have just been picked. It’s a moment that signals a fresh start and the abundance of a new season.
We’ve received the photo above from the fields in Kagoshima. An early postcard from one of our farmers—excited to share that this year’s harvest is expected to be beautifully balanced, with subtle, nuanced flavors—delicate, just like spring.

The Mirabelle glass by @bastian_bjerge was made to celebrate the beautiful blooming mirabelle.
Inspired by floral forms and Japanese aesthetics, the Mirabelle glass is a tribute to spring — where Danish craftsmanship meets the spirit of sakura.
Each piece is mouth blown and delicately engraved with the mirabelle flower motif. The perfect glass for enjoying all your summer cold brew.
Bastian Bjerge is a glass design student at the Royal Danish Academy on Bornholm, with a background in floristry and ceramics.

Louise Walter, founder of Tyst Te, has been part of Yonobi’s journey since the very beginning of our Pinch Pot Cafés - bringing tea and quiet presence into the space. 🌿
She now joins us in Aarhus for a special evening: a tea ceremony and matcha workshop, alongside a kurinuki masterclass where you’ll shape and carve your own matcha bowl.

It’s no secret that I love enjoying my tea from vintage Japanese teaware. Pausing to imagine all the hands it has passed through - and all the stories they could tell…

A cup of organic Gyokuro - such an indulgence for a mid-morning ritual🌱
At the moment, I’m testing a few new Gyokuro teas from Mr. Sakamoto in Shibushi, Kagoshima. Whenever I visit his tea fields and have the chance to enjoy his teas there, I’m always reminded how much pleasure and peace can be found in a small cup.
The Tyst Gyokuro family will be growing over the spring and summer...
