We’re beyond excited (and more than humbled) to open our doors in the East Village. Over the years, the neighborhood has seen the loss of several beloved independent bookstores—spaces that once shaped the area’s unique cultural identity. So when the chance came to open a small storefront at the Swiss Institute together with Various Projects, we saw it as a way to honor that legacy of this historic community. Surrounded by other independent spaces and long-standing neighborhood institutions that continue to fuel the city’s creative spirit, we hope to help keep the countercultural fires burning—with our carefully chosen printed matter and a bit of Berlin grit. @swissinstitute @various_projects @doyoureadme_nyc   @doyoureadme_berlin #swissinstitute #doyoureadme #variousprojects #eastvillage #eastvillagebookstore #independentbookstore
