Back in Feb, @jasejeffery invited me on @bent.hedonism 's @komrad94 radio show. We'd been chatting about the fun and uniqueness of Boorloo's summer courtyard parties for Jase, who's based in the UK. As you may have noticed from my spamming, I'm organising a party today and it would make me so happy to see you this afternoon/ evening for a dance in the Bird courtyard. I think it would make you happy too, as there are many fun and interesting DJs playing nice music to dance to.
The party is raising funds for queer refugees as they settle in Australia. These are people facing challenges and discrimination within systems that are already strained and not sensitive to queer people. Having seen a snapshot of their struggles through some previous volunteer work, I believe it's a really worthy cause.

I still have a massive smile on my face after Friday. As might have been evident from my silly dancing, I very much enjoyed getting to play the music I love with dear friend @zoe_zanias . Thanks everyone for coming down, was great seeing so many enjoying the music.
