Meet @twistedpoly , a digital artist based in Slovenia who explored illustrating multimodality and AI for biology as part of our #VisualisingAI project 🖌️
He traditionally combines various concepts, design frames, and animation to bring high-end stylized abstraction to products and brands.
🌀For multimodality, TwistedPoly showcased inputs of different shapes and forms “being fed into this abstract object representing AI.” As the piece moves and pulses, the forms develop and intermingle with each other, turning into something completely new and exciting.
🌀For AI for biology, TwistedPoly wanted to focus on our breakthrough system #AlphaFold by visualising “an imaginary protein shape which gets formed with the help of AI.”

AlphaFold is an AI system developed by Google DeepMind that predicts a protein’s 3D structure from its amino acid sequence. This is my interpretation of the process.
