As if Jay doesn’t have enough to do, here we are in Texas and about to start another journey. Amazing that we met over 10 years ago in Australia. Took part in the first @meatstock , which was so amazing. That said, what they are today are even bigger. Looking forward to spending time my good friend. Who knows, he may share some of this trip on @underseasoned.bbqshow . Here is a highlight reel from the last time we got together . I think he made it pretty cool. If you are in the area, we will be smashing pork burgers at @lockhartrising this Saturday . We have a fun team at our station, Including @bbqsnob @brisketcountry @drnoe .
