Great day of filming @stilesswitchbbq yesterday . Very special place. Texas Craft BBQ served in cool spot, by some of the finest people you will meet. Thank you for all of the kind hospitality you gave to Jay @underseasoned.bbqshow and I. ❤️ Tuffy
Seasoned up some pork chops with my “Steak Night” seasoning the other day, while cooking my pal, @genevieveeats . It was fun to spend some quality time with Gen cooking on the fire. 📸 Jay Beaumont
LOCKHART RISING CHEFS OUTSIDE OF TEXAS
We can't forget about our friends who either drive their rigs down or fly across the country with only a knife roll in their suitcase.
Big thank you to all of our out of state chefs:
Mason Hereford - @turkeyandthewolf - New Orleans
John Manion - @elchechicago - Chicago
Tuffy Stone - @tuffystone - Virginia
Charlie Mckenna - @lilliesq - Chicago
Will Andrews - @rolling_bones_bbq - South Carolina
Hugo Ljungberg - @yamaysauce - Sweden
As if Jay doesn’t have enough to do, here we are in Texas and about to start another journey. Amazing that we met over 10 years ago in Australia. Took part in the first @meatstock , which was so amazing. That said, what they are today are even bigger. Looking forward to spending time my good friend. Who knows, he may share some of this trip on @underseasoned.bbqshow .
Here is a highlight reel from the last time we got together . I think he made it pretty cool.
If you are in the area, we will be smashing pork burgers at @lockhartrising this Saturday . We have a fun team at our station, Including @bbqsnob@brisketcountry@drnoe . We all know DV can eat, but let’s see how he cooks. I looking forward to seeing the video Jay will make, capturing @bbqsnob work the fiery @mill.scale fire table !🔥🔥🔥
See you in Austin, Texas on the 7th May at the @yeti Flagship store !

Chimichurri is such a perfect condiment for grilled meats. If you have not made before, here is a really tasty take on a classic. Give it a try and let me know how you like it.
