🔥 House made Smoked Porchetta
We take the pork belly which is then butterflied and stuffed with fresh herbs and grated fresh parmesan cheese. Our porchetta is slow-smoked over post oak wood. We keep in the traditional Italian style by stuffing with fresh herbs, fresh parmesan cheese, and citrus.
It is slow smoked over post oak wood and finished off hot to create a crispy, crunchy, cracklin outer crust.
💥 Served with a side of house Citrus Verde sauce. A fragrant blend of fresh herbs (parsley, mint, tarragon, and chives) is seasoned with brined capers, crushed red pepper, black pepper, and a touch of honey. The sauce gets blended smooth with extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice and zest give it a bright pop! Perfectly paired with the (soon to be legendary) Stiles Switch Smoked Porchetta!
