We did it!
Our Conservation Photography Exposure workshop, a Biophilic Conversations × TonyWild Foundation initiative, has officially wrapped, and we are so proud of the eight participants who showed up, leaned in, and grew through it.
But none of it would have been possible without our extraordinary facilitators who gave their time, expertise, and passion to this programme.
A heartfelt thank you to:
@ecoescapades — Conservation Storyteller, Author & Tour Leader, who reminded us that behind every photograph is a responsibility to the living world it depicts.
@stephennderitu_ — Creative Director at Photomagic Studio Ltd & Pinkfoot Consult Ltd, who showed us that creativity and conservation are not competing forces; they amplify each other.
@victoradewale_ — Documentary Photographer & Visual Storyteller, who taught us to be patient with our subjects, honest with our framing, and intentional in how we tell our own stories.
@miss_morrison91 — Environment, Biodiversity & Governance Attorney, who grounded our visual work in the ethical and legal frameworks that give conservation photography its lasting power.
Together, they took participants through sessions spanning introduction to conservation photography, building narratives for impact, capturing the people, nature and wildlife authentically, post-production integrity, and pathways to publishing and careers.
To Martha, Stephen, Victor, and Mary, thank you. You have equipped conservation storytellers with the tools to advocate for both people and wildlife.
