It’s hard to put into words what this chapter has meant to me and the opportunities it gave me. From starting on reception, to coaching, head coaching, managing, and eventually building and running my own business — for the best part of 7 years, this place was so much more than work ! The people here became so much more than members, employees, and colleagues. So many became some of my best friends, clients, mentors, supporters, and ultimately my work family It’s super emotional walking away from a place that has held so many memories from the early mornings, late nights, stressful days, uncontrollable laughs, milestones, tears, challenges, and moments that shaped me both personally and professionally. To every single person who trusted me, whether you were stepping into the gym for the first time, chasing big goals, needing support through a hard season, or simply looking for someone to push you that little bit further, thank you 🥹I’ll always be incredibly grateful to have been a part of your journey 🤎 Sometimes moving on is hard, but it’s also pretty special to look back and realise just how much love, energy, and passion you poured into something over so many years. Although I will no longer be face to face, I will still be online coaching and now with a greater capacity to take on more clients! Additionally, you can find me with extra availability @musclejointbone.doreen for Osteo as I have been lucky enough to open up my books for more new and returning clients 👩‍⚕️ An emotional goodbye to such a huge chapter of my life, but an exciting step into the next one 🤍

Fullbody strength day 🤸‍♀️ I see and treat so many runners with preventable injuries, had they incorporated 1-2 strength sessions into their weekly programming! So why utilise Fullbody sessions in training? Full body strength sessions improve force production, movement efficiency, durability, and fatigue resistance, all of which directly affect performance and injury risk. For runners specifically, strength training helps you produce more force into the ground with each stride. This improves running economy, meaning you use less energy at a given pace. Strong glutes, hamstrings, calves, and core also improve pelvic stability and reduce excessive movement through the hips, knees, and ankles during long runs. That becomes especially important as fatigue sets in during tempo runs, long runs, or races. With a strong focus on Hyrox and running right now, maintaining strength, staying injury free and keeping the body happy is what it’s all about 🤌🏽 @lskd @lskd.running @maplemovement @musclejointbone.doreen #Runnjng #strength #rehab #osteopathy #prevention

Things I would tell you as an osteo who isn’t scared to tell you the truth 🤷🏽‍♀️ 1️⃣ Your knees aren’t the “worst your doctor has ever seen.” Pain doesn’t always match what shows up on scans. I’ve seen people with severe looking X-rays running pain-free and others with “normal” scans in significant pain. Imaging provides information, not a life sentence. 2️⃣ The best rehab plan won’t outwork a terrible lifestyle. Sleep, stress levels, nutrition, movement, and consistency all matter. Recovery doesn’t happen in isolation, it’s influenced by how you live day to day. 3️⃣ Stop constantly checking and poking your injury. Repeatedly touching, testing, and focusing on it can keep your nervous system on high alert and increase sensitivity. Sometimes giving it less attention helps things calm down. 4️⃣ Strength training solves more than you think. Not endless stretching. Not relying only on passive treatments. Progressive strength builds tissue tolerance, resilience, and confidence in movement. 5️⃣ Pain doesn’t automatically mean damage. Pain is your body’s alarm system, not a direct measure of injury. Just because it’s loud doesn’t mean something is seriously wrong. 6️⃣ “I don’t have time” often means it wasn’t prioritised. You don’t need perfect conditions or hour-long sessions. You need consistency. Small efforts done regularly beat occasional perfection. 7️⃣ Running isn’t ruining your knees When progressed sensibly, running can support cartilage health and joint strength. Managing load is far more important than avoiding running altogether. ✨ Bodies adapt ✨ Movement builds confidence ✨ Ignorance is not bliss when it comes to staying in the game @lskd @maplemovement @musclejointbone.doreen

My 2025 Wrapped 🤍 To say it’s been a big year would be an understatement. 2025 taught me a lot about who I am as a coach, a sub-par athlete, a friend, and a supporter. Sometimes it’s hard to truly reflect on just how big a year it’s been, so sitting down and looking back feels pretty special. Some of my favourite moments from 2025 JAN • The last Tebbatt sibling turned 18 • Watched AZ run a huge distance PB FEB • Started practicing as an osteo • Watched Issy complete his first tri MARCH • Trip to Brissy for my first race of the year • Issy smashed his first 70.3 • Nearly had a birthday twin - smiley Riley APRIL • Easter at the river • A 2-hour GRID workout • Trained hard and ticked off my first goal — sub-45 min 10km MAY • Became an LSKD athlete • TKC GRID event • More birthday celebrations JUNE (okay… a LOT happened) 🇺🇸 Chicago — Competed at my first WC representing Aus, and experienced the ghetto 🗽 New York — Family + crew trip, first Broadway show, Times Square chaos, Central Park laps 🎰 Vegas + LA — Lucky red 27 & the happiest place on earth JULY •Travelled Italy with Issy • Consumed more pasta and pizza than we could count • Home to Melbourne winter & my fav’s birthday AUGUST • Back into routine • Locked back into training • Family time for Micky’s birthday SEPTEMBER • Trip to our favourite state • Two podium finishes — one with my twin 🫶 OCTOBER • First LSKD shoot • Moved into our house and made it a home 🏡 • Half marathon PB — sub 1:40 ✔️ another 2025 goal done NOVEMBER • GPT + 70.3 weekend supporting the boys (one of the best) • Hosted our first Friendmas • Lasted 3 weeks without a dog… baby Archie 🐶 • Surprised some of our besties with Archie — forever besties - Archie Parchie + Rory Dory DECEMBER • Final HYROX race of the year • Podium finish + WC qualification — see you in Sweden 🇸🇪 • Lots of Christmas celebrations • A whole lot of Archie content Grateful doesn’t even cover it 🤍 If 2025 is anywhere close to a reflection of what 2026 holds, it’s going to be bigger and better than we could ever imagine ! @hoffmanperformance @lskd @maplemovement
