Introducing LSKD Northland Store Athlete @hoffmanperformance 😤🚀 What are you most passionate about? Chasing purpose in every single thing you do. Purpose is the main driver behind intent, and intent creates results. Moving with intention is one of my keys to living a fulfilling life! What are you known for? I am mostly known for my shoe addiction and my inability to miss out on HYROX races. I get way too much FOMO. How do you implement being 1% better everyday? Every single day, on paper, I will map out things that need to be done and focus on these tasks at hand. Focusing on the smaller tasks and pieces of my day allows my to stack my days productively, which then allows me to stack weeks, and the months, and then years. We aren’t looking at the top of the mountain yet, just focusing on the next steps ahead of me. Thank you so much for choosing team LSKD, Ryan. Northland, you ready? 👀 14.6.25 RSVP link in bio 🔗

My name is Ryan. I’ve always been obsessed with moving, performing, and feeling like an athlete. Whether it’s team sports or endurance events, I truly believe that with the right approach, most of us can train and compete at the level we set out to achieve. I’m not a professional athlete. I don’t get paid to compete. I just love the challenge. I’m an everyday athlete, just like the people I coach. Over the years, I’ve competed across a wide range of sports; national-level basketball, Division 1 football, state level sprinting, and more recently, back-to-back HYROX World Championships. Throughout it all, I’ve been passionate about sharing the journey, both the highs and the shitty lows.. But I’ve always kept a clear line between my athletic career and my coaching. Because being a great athlete doesn’t automatically make you a great coach. Coaching has become my main focus, and helping others move and feel like athletes has become my life. I’ve been lucky to learn from some amazing coaches over the years, and their influence, along with my formal education, has shaped the way I coach today. I’m wrapping up my Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science this year, and setting out to become a qualified nutritionist next year. Lately, my mission has been simple:
To offer one of the most complete and affordable coaching experiences in the strength and conditioning space. Life is expensive, having a good support and education system behind your training shouldn’t blow a massive hole in your wallet as well. I’ve coached over 100 HYROX preps, programmed for half- and full-marathons, triathlons, and helped people become stronger, more resilient, and more confident in their movement. I’m not here to hold your hand and tell you that the path is easy to your goals, but I can show you that they’re possible if you show up each day. If you want a coach who supports you through and through, let’s chat. @lskd @maplemovement @drivnnutrition

Introducing your 25/26 HYROX ANZ Ambassadors:   Meet Ryan Hoffman   1. Outside of training and competing I spend a lot of my time coaching everyday athletes, as well as studying (I finish this year woo). Outside of anything exercise related, I’m usually appreciating some down time, watching a TV show or playing guitar!   2. Outside of fitness, I love to get soul food and break bread with friends. We all work hard, so it’s nice to appreciate the hard work we have put in and earn some good times with friends 😎 I also love to travel! Experiencing different cultures and learning about the different pockets of earth is always bound to be a great time.   3) My HYROX Mindset in 3 emojis: 😎😌😈   #HYROX #HYROXAPAC #HYROXANZ

Fuelling a day of training! Had a good chat with @sophie.dietitian and refined my diet. We were already hit a lot of micros with lots of food, but we were falling short of carbohydrates on some days. Averaging approximately 15-16 hours a week with training, it’s easy to fall behind and cause yourself all types of problems. It’s something I’m new to! How we fixed it up: - Fruit juice in morning. The good stuff, no artificial juices. - Increased carb intake on oats through banana/honey - Smoothies immediately post workout to help with recovery. - Increasing carb intake during sessions with @maplemovement to ensure performance, but also recovery post session. Now to practice the carb-loading in the coming weekends 🫡 @bulknutrients @lskd

A look into my whiteboard. I count the days down till my big events, and I write down some things that are relevant o me at the time. I wrote these quotes at different times, as they related to what I was experiencing. This has spanned over the 9 months since I signed up to Cairns, and just reminds me of the things I went through, positive and challenging. I don’t think these are super insightful or mean a crazy amount, they’re just a reminder. 4 and a half weeks 🫡 @lskd @bulknutrients @maplemovement

What an unreal week @theretreatco_ I came over here only knowing Tom and Steph, who asked me to come along and help out, and left with 20+ new friends. Thank you for the awesome experience. To make work feel like a big get together with friends, makes me feel pretty lucky. I hope we can do this again sometime soon 🫡❤️ #519 It was a nice reset, now it’s time to tackle the next 5 weeks head on and finish this Ironman Prep. @maplemovement @bulknutrients @lskd

Recent results have been stellar. I love working with people who want to put in 100% and chase after goals long-term, they always develop the best athletically, and mentally. Body re-comps after a full race season have come along awesome for the crew. Helps to re-sharpen before launching into another season of racing 🫡 Lucky to consider this my job, and lucky to have met these people during their journey. Opening a few spots in the near future, message me to save yours 🫶🏼 @lskd @maplemovement @bulknutrients

Something different today for you coaches. I’ve helped a fair few coaches build their business now, and it’s never based around their marketing strategy. I don’t have a marketing strategy. I focus on what makes the service better. Here’s a few things that helped me. Let me know if this helped down below. @lskd @maplemovement @bulknutrients

BALLARAT MARATHON: 3:35:34 Well shit that bloody hurt 😂 Cramped up from 25km and hobbled home. Really proud to just tough it out for 17km and still bring it home with a smile, so I know for certain in Cairns that when I’m 8 hours into the event, I’ll be able to stay head strong 1st half marathon: 1:29 2nd half marathon: 2:06 Positive split king JESUSS It’s a 19 minute PB, so I don’t have to quit my job thank god. Anyways, onto the next. 6 weeks to get in form for Cairns Ironman 🥋 @maplemovement @lskd @bulknutrients
